April is Fair Housing Month, a time to reflect on the importance of equal access to housing and the progress made in eliminating housing discrimination. In 2025, we celebrate the 57th anniversary of the Fair Housing Act, which prohibits discrimination based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability.
